The Eiffel Tower becomes an amusement park
Last night I had a dream that I finally decided to climb the eiffel tower. I was holding off on doing this in Paris because I wanted to climb it with Marcus. He ended up not wanting to climb it, so my visit to Paris is still without the Eiffel Tower. I've basically decided that I don't want to climb it because I've done it before, and I don't want to spend the time and money on it now.
But last night, in my dream, some friends and I decided to go. When we got there it was more carnival-like than it actually is in real life (if you want carnival food in paris...go to the eiffel tower...it will not disappoint) and the tower had been converted into a rollercoaster that could rival Cedar Point. We decided to go. After waiting in line forever we finally stepped in and started our long ascent. Once at the top I realized we were going to go on loop-di-loops and whatnot without being strapped in at all. I panicked and decided the ride was unfit and unsafe so we got off.
I guess I made it to the top of the Eiffel Tower, but remarkably out of fear.

Wow. That dream almost seems like your experience with climbing the tower itself, heh.
Incidentally, when I climbed it, all I got was a lot of rain, a glance at restaurants my parents deemed too expensive, and boredom. I think it's just dandy for looking at, really.
