I really like the one of Cameron in color, too, but I wanted to emphasize the dandelion more, since I was unable to get its seeds blowing in the wind (the intention of the photo).
The second week of spring break I was left with nothing to do because my friends had already started their big european journeys, so I decided to find something to do by myself. Naturally, my thoughts turned to mountains and skiing. So, I fashioned myself a nice little trip to Geneva and Zermatt, Switzerland. Despite the scariness of being all alone in a foreign country, I managed to have an awesome adventure. Here are some pictures and I'll try to include some captions.

Zermatt is a car-free town, so the taxis are all these little electric bus-things
a grave in the climber's cemetary, dedicated to everyone who has died in the mountains.
Over spring break, Marcus and I headed down to Basque country to go to the beach at Biarritz. This small french town is known for its surfing. Lots of money was spent, lots of sunburns happened, and lots of watching House in french while Marcus went to bed at 9 pm. Enjoy the few pictures I have!
