Les fontaines de Versailles

When Marcus hopped the pond to France I asked him what he wanted to do most while he was in Paris. One of his answers was to go to Versailles. One of his coworkers suggested to go on Sunday, which is the only day of the week they turn on the hundreds of fountains. They also play classical music over loud speakers (same songs over and over again). They also charge about 10-15 euro more to get in. Tip to any traveling to Versailles in the future...if you don't like history...don't take the castle tour. It's boring; admittedly I liked it the first time I went, but after awhile it gets old. If you are a history buff, try to get a real tour guide and not the audio guides because they are confusing and don't give you all that much info. So, if you're going to skip the palace, you can skip the line and go straight to the gardens. On sundays, the gardens and Marie Antoinnette's village cost extra.
